Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: Central Supply

FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex

Pay: $18.54 - $24.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Counts, delivers, and maintains supply levels on patient care units and departments. Fills supply needs of support departments. Delivers time sensitive patient equipment, supplies and exchange carts. Correctly sorts and receives all shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Restocks incoming supplies. Pulls and delivers stock requisitions. Uses powered equipment as needed.

  • Verifies shipment contents are correct and undamaged. Delivers inbound packages throughout the facility. Sorts outbound product and materials. Delivers department orders and non-routine supplies as assigned.

  • Records receipts in system; processes paperwork. Assists with physical inventory data entry and comparison verification. Maintains working knowledge of inventory par level analysis. Performs expiration functions.

  • Performs clerical tracking to include: Stat issues/transfers, note and verify stock discrepancies, filing, and other duties as assigned. Processes outbound shipping as needed. Manifests product for courier delivery.

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
